Assistant Director

I grew up in La Verne, CA and came to UCSB because I wanted to study Chemistry and become an astronaut. While I did receive my degree in Chemistry in 2014, I’m probably not going to space any time soon (but not totally counting it out). I spent a lot of my college career working and ending up being a part of Orientation Staff my senior year which changed everything. I realized I wanted to work on campus with students and was hired as part of the Admissions Outreach team after graduating. Last year I joined the Visitor Center team as the Assistant Director and it has been such a great experience that allows me to work with both current and prospective students! When I’m not working I spend most of my time with my adorable pup Blue but I also love reading (book recommendations always welcome!) and participating in food challenges.
